Director Mark Pusey of The Fred Victor Centre charged with fraud

On Thursday, April 28, 2011, police arrested a man in connection with a fraud investigation.

It is alleged that:

– the accused was hired in March 2004, as a Director of Development and Communications for The Fred Victor Centre

– while employed, the accused defrauded the organization of $115,000

Mark Pusey, 43 , of Toronto, has been charged with:

1) Fraud Over.

The accused was scheduled to appear in court at College Park, on Thursday April 28, 2011, room 501, at 10 a.m.
