The York Regional Police Hold-Up Unit is seeking public assistance in identifying and apprehending two suspects wanted in connection with a home invasion robbery in the Town of Markham.
On Saturday, July 2, 2011, at approximately 4 p.m., two male suspects forced their way into a residence on Loweswater Avenue and forcibly confined a male and female occupant of the home.
The suspects then assaulted the victims before fleeing the home. The victims sustained minor injuries as a result of this incident.
The suspects are described as:
SUSPECT #1:
Male, white, 25 to 35 years
6’, wearing blue jeans
SUSPECT #2:
Male, South Asian, 25 to 35 years
Masked with a black bandanna
