On Friday, July 22, 2011 at 5 p.m., police responded to a call for an unknown trouble at 3131 Eglinton Avenue East.
It was reported that:
– police located a body of a woman,
– she was pronounced dead at the scene.
She was identified as Shaher Bano Shahday, 27, of Toronto.
Abdul Malik Rustam, 27, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) First Degree Murder.
He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Saturday, July 23, 2011, room 101, at 9 a.m.
