Cody LEDBETTER was arrested today at approximately 7:55 pm as a result of him turning himself in to the Ottawa Police. LEDBETTER has been charged with Assault Cause Bodily Harm and Uttering Threats. He will appear in court on Thursday, August 5, 2010.

Ottawa Police attempting to locate wanted person

(Ottawa) – At approximately 0800 hrs this date, the Ottawa Police were called to the Canterbury area in regards to a disturbance call. A suspect in the investigation was identified as Cody LEDBETTER, age 26. After further investigation, the Ottawa Police has learned that Cody LEDBETTER is also currently wanted by law enforcement authorities in Texas, USA. The Ottawa Police Service, as well as law enforcement authorities from Texas are interested in locating LEDBETTER. LEDBETTER may be in possession of a 2003 Dodge Ram pickup 4 door Maroon with Oklahoma plates. Ledbetter is described as being 6’-0”, 225 lb, with a muscular build. He is balding.
