Three men arrested for thefts in Winnipeg

On September 7th, 2010 at approximately 11:30 a.m. Winnipeg Police Service Uniform Members, along with Divisional Detectives responded to a break and enter that was in progress at a residence in the first 100 block of Lindermere Drive.

Following a short foot pursuit, two adult male suspects were apprehended in the immediate vicinity.

The subsequent investigation has lead to the recovery of two stolen vehicles, as well as an additional arrest of another adult male.

All three males have been detained in custody and are facing the following charges:

Andrew Peter SHANNACAPPO, 23 years of Winnipeg
– B&E Commit Indictable
– Possess Goods Obtained by Crime Over
– Fail to Comply Condition Recognizance
– Drive Disqualified

Trevor Elvis DUCK, 24 years of Winnipeg
– B&E Commit Indictable
– Possess Goods Obtained by Crime Over
– Assault Police Officer

Phillip Wesley TROUT, 25 years of Winnipeg
– Possess Goods Obtained by Crime Over
