Perverted man in Red Van exposing himself to young girls, Winnipeg

On January 9, 2011 at approximately 7:20 p.m., members of the Winnipeg Police Service took the report of an indecent act that occurred approximately 1 hour earlier in the East Elmwood area of the city.

The investigation has revealed that an 11 year old female and 12 year old female were walking home when they noticed a parked van. As they walked past the vehicle, one of the females observed a lone occupant expose himself while performing an indecent act. The females ran home and notified a parent immediately as to what had taken place.

The suspect vehicle was observed to drive away. Neither of the females was injured as a result of the incident.

The suspect is described as: Caucasian, male, 40-45 years of age, large build, longer dirty blonde hair, wearing a dark coloured jacket.

The suspect vehicle is described as: Red, mini-van.
