The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– between 1975 and 1982, the accused sexually assaulted two young girls.
The accused was an active member of the West Rouge Community Church, in the Port Union Road/401 area.
Jon James Maillard, 70, of Toronto, is charged with:
1. two counts of Indecent Act on Female,
2. Sexual Assault.
Police believe there may be other victims.
