Three men busted for Marijuana and Hashish, Toronto

On Wednesday, January 26, 2011, members of the Toronto Police Clandestine Laboratory Unit executed five search warrants in Toronto, at three industrial units and two homes.

It is alleged that:

– police seized over 1,100 marijuana plants and growing equipment, 11 kilograms of dry marijuana and a half-kilogram of hashish, valued at over $1 million.

On Wednesday, January 26, 2011, Concetto Frasca, 54, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1) Produce Marijuana,
2) Possession for the Purpose Marijuana,
3) Possession for the Purpose Marijuana,
4) Produce Marijuana,
5) Possession for the Purpose Marijuana,
6) Possession for the Purpose Hashish,
7) Possession for the Purpose Marijuana,
8) Possession of Proceeds of Crime.

On Wednesday, January 26, 2011, Norman Osmond, 26, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1) Produce Marijuana,
2) Possession for the Purpose Marijuana,
3) Possession for the Purpose Marijuana.

On Friday, January 28, 2011, Maxwell Reid, 37, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1) Produce Marijuana,
2) Possession for the Purpose Marijuana.
3) Possession for the Purpose Marijuana,
4) Produce Marijuana,
5) Possession for the Purpose Marijuana.

Concetto Frasca and Norman Osmond were scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Thursday, January 27, 2011, room 103, at 10 a.m.

Maxwell Reid was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Friday, January 28, 2011, room 103, at 10 a.m.
