Monday Nights, the immersive basketball experience, returns to the Theatre Centre (1115 Queen St. W.) in the midst of the PanAm Games, from July 10 to 26. This follows a highly successful run last fall, which earned the production five Dora Mavor Moore nominations, including Outstanding Production.
In the summer of 2008, five theatre artists – Byron Abalos, Colin Doyle, Darrel Gamotin, Richard Lee and Jeff Yung – came to the basketball court at Queen’s Quay and Bathurst every Monday night and played until the lights turned off. Now the guys are inviting audiences to meet them on the court at The Theatre Centre, and join in their irresistible basketball bromance.
