Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Aamir's show 'Satyamev Jayate' may have got the nation talking about the social issues, however the show itself is surrounded by controversy since its very first episode went on air. After the show went live, Palash Sen of 'Euphoria' band who accused the makers of stealing his song and using that as a signature song for the show. And now the second one to mouth an allegation against the show is… none other than… Rakhi Sawant.
Rakhi, who is known for her 'mincing-no-words' attitude, lived up to this reputation of hers and has accused Aamir Khan of stealing the concept of 'Satyamev Jayate' by claiming that it is her concept. She claims that Aamir's show is a total copy of the show that she hosted a few months back called 'Rakhi Ka Insaaf'. She said that hers was the 'original' show that dealt with bringing about core social issues to the forefront and not 'Satyamev Jayate'. She also took a direct potshot at Aamir's show citing that her show was shifted to a late night slot because of its mature content, but it still registered good TRPs, while just because 'Satyamev Jayate' has Aamir Khan, the show is being aired in the morning slot and people are talking about it.
Rakhi however claims that she has nothing against Aamir. Her only issue is that if Aamir Khan decides to do a show like this, it is termed social work, but if she hosts a similar show, then it is termed as business and a means to garner TRPs!
