The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– on Thursday, September 6, 2012, the accused, while on the TTC, approached two women from behind and sexually assaulted them
On Thursday, September 6, 2012, Francisco Villanueva, 28, of Toronto was charged with two counts of Sexual Assault.
He was scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on Friday, September 7, 2012, 10 a.m.
Police believe there may be more victims.
