Pritpal Singh of Woodbridge charged with attempted murder in Toronto

On Friday, September 17, 2010, police received a call for a shooting near 1850 Albion Road. Police attended and located a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the neck.

On Saturday, September 18, 2010, at 6:50 p.m., Pritpal Singh, 45, of Woodbridge, was arrested and charged with:

1) two counts of Attempt Murder,
2) two counts of Pointing a firearm,
3) Possession of a restricted firearm with ammunition,
4) Unregistered possession of a firearm,
5) Possession of a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized ,
6) Weapon Dangerous,
7) Fail to comply recognizance,

He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Sunday, September 19, 2010 at 10 a.m.
