The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Skanda Mavaratnam, 40, was last seen on Sunday, September 5, 2010, at 12:30 a.m., in the Church Street/Carleton Street area.
He is described as brown, 5’8", thin build, black hair, brown eyes with a black goatee.
Police are concerned for his safety.
