James Caroll of Val Comeau, N.B arrested for child pornography

James Caroll, 25 years old, of Val Comeau, N.B. appeared in Provincial Court in Tracadie-Sheila on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 to face charges related to the possession and production of child pornography, sexual assault, sexual touching of children under 16 years of age, assault, breach of an undertaking to a peace officer, breach of probation, inciting children under 16 years of age to touch him and contacting a person under 18 years of age with the intent of obtaining child pornography

Caroll pleaded guilty to 23 charges before Judge Donald J. Leblanc. Caroll will remain in custody until the conclusion of the investigation. He will appear in Provincial Court in Tracadie-Sheila again on November 25, 2010, for sentencing arguments.
