The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault/Child Abuse Section has charged an Ottawa man with one count of Sexual Assault.

An investigation was commenced on November 10, 2010, into allegations of inappropriate touching by a taxi driver while transporting a mentally disabled adult woman.

Gazban ABDALRAHMAN, age 38, of Ottawa was arrested on November 23, 2010 and released on conditions.
