Richard Acmens, 57, was last seen on Sunday, January 13, 2019, at approximately 10 a.m., in the area ofKing St. W. and Dufferin St.

9�, 250 lbs., unshaven, with long grey hair, balding on top and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark-grey toque, grey jacket and brown shoes.
Police are concerned for his well-being.
