Here’s why John Abraham was seen in a buzz cut and clean shaven look at the trailer launch of Satyameva Jayate

John Abraham is known for his intense looks and also handsome features. And his facial fuzz is something that women swoon over. But when he attended the trailer launch of his upcoming film Satyameva Jayate, many were left pleasantly surprised because here’s how John looked minus his beard and a buzz cut.

In fact, even in the film Satyameva Jayate we can see John Abraham flaunting his beard. So audiences wondered what made the Bollywood star to go clean shaven. Well, the reason is Romeo Akbar Walter. For the uninitiated, John will be playing the role of a spy in RAW that is set during the 70s era.

Considering his role in the espionage thriller, John will be seen varied looks as he changes identities. And it seems one of the looks that the actor will sport will be a character with buzz cut and clean shaven avatar. John Abraham has already kicked off this Bunty Walia production and is currently shooting for the film. And it is because he is shooting for the film in this look as of now, he attended the trailer launch in it. Well, let’s hope that we get a glimpse of his other looks too as the actor continues promoting his upcoming film!

Earlier we had reported that the film will have actor sporting many avatars as a master of a disguise. And to play the role with conviction, the makers have roped in make-up artist Vikram Gaikwad and popular costume designer Amera Pulwani for creating authentic looks for the film.

Speaking of Romeo Akbar Walter aka RAW, the film is expected to feature Mouni Roy as the leading lady. The film, directed by Robbie Grewal, also stars Jackie Shroff, Sikander Kher in prominent roles. It will be shot across varied locations like Gujarat, Jammu and Kashmir, Nepal amongst others. Also, a few portions from the film will be filmed in Mumbai.
