USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Sudhir does get hyper like a child - Arjun Rampal - Part 2 The countdown to Arjun Rampal's next big release Inkaar has begun. In Part 1 of the exclusive interview with Bollywood Hungama's Nikhil Ramsubramaniam, Arjun spoke about his character in the film, the importance of talking about issues like sexual harassment at work-place and his experience with Chitrangda. In Part 2 of this exclusive interview, Arjun speaks about his rapport with Sudhir Mishra, sheds light on what went wrong with his last release Chakravyuh and also gives a brief insight into his forthcoming projects like D-Day and Satyagraha. Read on…

How was it working with Sudhir Mishra? I interviewed him recently and he said you guys had a lot of fun and a lot of fights…
Fights? Sudhir and I never had any fights. At times he does get a bit hyper like a child in a candy store but that's cool because it works to motivate your actors to give you more. In fact like I said, we sat down for almost 3 months before shooting to get the flow of the script in place. I spent so much time with him that my wife used to get worried (laughs). She used to ask me, "Why does this man come and spend so much time with you?" But that was because we wanted to get the structure of the script correctly and not keep it in a predictable and linear format.

Your last release was Prakash Jha's Chakravyuh. You got a lot of praise for your role of S.P. Adil Khan but the film didn't really work. What do you think went wrong?
Definitely, Chakravyuh needed to do much better than what it eventually did. When I look back, I think we went wrong with the promotions of the film. Prakash wanted to promote the film more on news channels rather than music channels. But somewhere when you are promoting a film, you need to promote it on film related channels as well. We didn't promote it much. In fact a lot of people didn't even know it had released.

Your die-hard fans seem a bit upset when you do films like Heroine or Ajab Gazabb Love, where you don't have much to do. What do you have to say about that?
See Ajab Gazabb Love I did it purely for Vashuji and Jackky Bhagnani because they are like family to me. It was a special-appearance and I had fun doing a double role for the first time. In Heroine, I feel Madhur over-shot the film and so he had to eventually chop a lot because of which my love story with Kareena's character ended up seeming a bit abrupt. Finally it's the director's call and you leave it at that.

Lot of your fans also want to know is there any chance of a Season 2 of your TV show 'Love 2 Hate U'?
I don't think so. It's too difficult to convince celebs to come on a show where they are confronted by their biggest hater. Full credit to the celebrities who agreed to come on my show, they are all really brave people. It speaks volumes of their personalities. But not all celebrities are like that. Not everybody can handle criticism very easily. But I am happy that almost each and ever hater got converted in the end.

Finally tell us about your forthcoming films D-Day and Satyagraha?
Shooting for D-Day has been an amazing experience. It's going to be one helluva film with some great action. Satyagraha I start shooting on 12th Feb and looking forward to again working with Prakash Jha.
