Chinese Ginger Garlic Sauce


30g young ginger

6 cloves garlic

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp cooking oil


Blend ginger and garlic

Combine with all other ingredients.

Put in a covered jar and shake just before serving.

Good with boiled meats.
