Chinese Squid Pineapple Salad Recipe

Squid Pineapple Salad 


350 gm squids

1 can pineapple, sliced

Salad Sauce:

3 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tsp lemon juice

½ tbsp condensed milk

½ tbsp caster sugar


Remove membrane, vein, eyes and mouth of squid then pat dry. Slash crisscross pattern on surface and dice into 2″.

Scald into boiling water until flower shape is formed. Dish and drain.

Mix well diced squids and pineapple with salad sauce.
