The chief of Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA) Bruce Kafer has been exonerated from the skype sex scandal on Wednesday and is all set to resume his office back after a forced leave of almost a year.

Several official inquiries were conducting proving thoroughly that Commandant Commodore Bruce Kafer had nothing to do with the skype sex case filed by a young female cadet against her male colleagues. The report put together by Andrew Kirkham QC stated that an “error of judgment” was made regarding the role of Mr. Kafer in the case filed by the female teenage cadet. It further mentioned that Mr. Kafer will be “resuming” his duties this week onwards instead of saying “reinstated”, thereby declaring him to be innocent.

The case filed by the young cadet was on 28th March 2011 on the basis that she had consensual sex with a male colleague which was filmed without her knowledge and later shown to four other male cadet colleagues.

Stephen Smith announced it Wednesday morning that the report submitted by Kirkham could not find any grounds to charge Mr. Bruce thereby he has been exonerated and will resume full duties at ADFA within a week.

Mr. Smith also told the media that with mutual consent of the inquiry members, secretary and acting chief of ADFA, it has been decided that the report submitted by Kirkham will not be made public.
