s assistance locating a missing woman.
Dragana Topic, 43, was last seen on Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at 11 a.m., in the Harbord Street and Palmerston Boulevard area.
She is described as 5â€6â€�, with a thin build, and long black hair. She was last seen wearing a red winter jacket and winter boots.
Police are concerned for her well-being.
