Death of cyclist is not a hit and run collision.

On Saturday, July 16, 2011, at approximately 3:00 a.m. a male was riding his red bicycle westbound on the sidewalk on the south side of Dundas Street near Argyle Mall. The cyclist was operating a homemade bicycle when he hit the curb, which caused the bicycle to break and the rider to fall to the ground.

The deceased cyclist has been identified as 33-year-old Cormac "Cory" McMenamin of London.

The exact cause of death has not been determined and is awaiting further medical test. This investigation is now a Coroner’s case.
