Three men facing home invasion charges

Three men appeared in Tracadie-Sheila Provincial Court on Monday, December 12, 2011, to face several charges in connection with a home invasion that occurred in Lamèque on Thursday, December 8, 2011. 

Martin Ferron, 22 years old, of Shippagan, Pascal Charest, 21 years old, of Tracadie-Sheila and Eric Arsenault, 39 years old, of Pigeon Hill are charged with several offences, including being unlawfully in a dwelling-house, assault, uttering threats and theft. Other individual charges were also laid. 

Martin Ferron and Pascal Charest were released with conditions set out by the court. Eric Arsenault’s bail hearing will take place on Thursday, December 15, 2011, in Caraquet Provincial Court.
