On Friday, Terri-Lynne McClintic was brought back to court to testify in Tori Stafford murder trial in Ontario. The 21-year-old woman and her ex-boyfriend are allegedly involved in the abduction, assault and murder of an eight-year-old school girl.

Last week, McClintic confessed she delivered the critical hammer blows causing Tori’s death. She was asked by the jury if she wants to make any changes or additions to her testimony – she denied.

“Who committed the murder? Who had the hammer and who did the kicking?” Crown Attorney Kevin Gowdey asked her.

“Myself,” she replied. “It was myself that in fact killed Tori Stafford.”

McClintic’s 31-year-old boyfriend Michael Rafferty is charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping and sexual assault. The case opened when Tori was reported missing in 2009. Unlike McClintic, Rafferty has pleaded not guilty to all the charges laid against him.

Ironically, McClintic also informed the court about her agreement with Rafferty that in case both were arrested, she would solely take all the blame for all that happened.

“I said I would take the fall for everything. I would say that it was all me,” she said Wednesday.

Victoria’s remains were found in July 2009 and an autopsy report discovered the girl had died from multiple blunt force traumas. This incident attracted a lot of national and international media attention.

"The allegations in this case are horrible," said Rafferty’s lawyer, Dirk Derstine. "It’s very important that everybody keep an open mind and everybody not have a rush to judgment."
