Terri-Lynne McClintic’s testimony is to be continued on Thursday. She is charged with murdering an eight year old Ontario girl Victoria (Tori) Stafford.

The court asked her to elaborate a number of graphic letters she had written, revealing her desire of torturing people. McClintic wrote the letters in 2008 and was later ordered to seek medical help.

“I am fed up with this place. I want to scrap,” McClintic wrote in a letter. “I just want to bounce and go on a killing spree.”

McClintic was charged and sentenced to life in prison two years ago. Unlike her ex-boyfriend, she pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in Tori’s death.

During her confession in 2009, McClintic told OPP Det.-Sgt. Jim Smyth that Rafferty sexually abused the little girl several times before fatally wounding her head with a hammer. She also explained how the two of them got rid of Tori’s body.

However, McClintic modified her testimony last week. She now claims that she was the one who delivered the deadly hammer blows to Tori’s head. She said she initially lied because she couldn’t bring herself to confess the truth.

During the trial, McClintic also revealed a deal she had with her ex-boyfriend that she would take all the blame in case they were caught. McClintic and Rafferty met each other a few months before they met the little girl. Their relationship developed within days and they became partners in crime.
