During the investigation of Tim Bosma’s disappearance, a police forensics van was witnessed at the Region of Waterloo International Airport on Monday morning. Police had previously informed reporters to have acquired a search warrant for a hangar owned by Millard Air. This development has come almost a week after Bosma was last seen, while he was leaving his Ancaster-area home with two men interested in taking a test-drive of his truck.

One of the two suspects, 27-year-old Dellen Millard, was arrested on Saturday in Mississauga and charged with theft over $5,000 and forcible confinement. Police had already taken Bosma’s truck in custody on May 6 in downtown Brantford, while his cellphone was recovered from an industrial park in Brantford’s west end a few days later. Meanwhile, police asserted to have found Bosma’s truck at a property north of Toronto, reportedly at the home of Millard’s mother in Vaughan. Millard is popular for once being the youngest person in the world to fly a helicopter solo, as he did at the young age of fourteen.

A reporter reported about Millard family, saying that “they do have a hangar out there, and as far as we know there is a space that Dellen and friends have used to build cars, they seem to be hobbyist car racers.” Officers were seen at the Millard Air hangar at the Waterloo airport as soon as Saturday. Millard’s family founded and ran Millard Air, a charter airline company.
