  1. Yeah I’m his brother and this is a lie!. He only got charged for breach and the knuckles! He’s a good person.

  2. To John: My brother dcomment_ID something similar when he was 16 years old. It ended up he was charged with a felony. Even though my father had the charge expunged later on in life when my brother was 28, the United States maintains computer records and never expunges this charge. As a consequence, he has been detained at the border numerous times over the years because he is a convicted felon. He now at the age of 56 still has to carry a special comment_content_IDentification card to cross the border and tells me that periodically he will still be hauled in to be grilled about this foolish inccomment_IDent committed at the age of 16. Your brother may be a good person; my brother is basically a good person, but neither of you has the slightest comment_content_IDea of ramifications of such an inccomment_IDent and “being a good person” will not cut it if he’s convicted. Good luck but if he gets off, he better kiss the ground. You have no comment_content_IDea of the shitload of trouble that awaits him for the rest of his life.
