Two patients who have been missing from the North Bay Regional Health Centre in Ontario have been seen in New Brunswick.

Cara Duval (also uses the name Donnelly), 37, is described as a Caucasian woman, approximately 5’1″ tall, 117 lbs with brown eyes and brown shoulder length hair that is usually kept in a pony-tail. She was last seen wearing a ¾-length blue coat with a fur trimmed hood, pink boots, and a blue and black toque. Joseph Pepin, 39, is described as a Caucasian man, approximately 6′ tall, 174 lbs with blue eyes, short brown hair and a goatee. He may be wearing a short, black coat or a ¾-length grey coat, jeans, running shoes and a dark baseball cap.

Duval and Pepin were reported missing to North Bay Police on January 22 when they left the North Bay Hospital’s Mental Health and the Law program and did not return after permitted off-unit privileges.

Both were identified on an in-store camera on January 27 at around 2:30 p.m. at the Irving gas station on Hanwell Road in Hanwell, N.B.

The pair were last seen travelling in a black, four-door, 2006 Volkswagen Jetta with Ontario licence plate # BRVK449. North Bay Police advise that the pair may be dangerous. Anyone who sees them is advised not to approach them and call 911 immediately.
