Marie Fredriksson and Per Gessle formed the band in the late ’80s, finding massive success in the United States through the early ’90s with their #1 hits “The Look,” “Listen to Your Heart,” “It Must Have Been Love” and “Joyride.” Roxette continued touring and releasing albums through 2002 before taking a break to pursue other projects.
