It turns out former Jersey Shore party boy Pauly D, is more of a stand up guy than we thought. A one night fling with a cocktail waitress resulted in his first child and after a DNA test validated the fact, Pauly has been supporting the five month old baby girl. Now Pauly hopes to take the mother to court in Las Vegas because he wants full custody of the child – he thinks she’s not a fit mother. (She’s 25, and according to TMZ, also has another child.)
