Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…After the success of Rock On!, Farhan Akhtar along with his friend and partner Ritesh Sidhwani announced the sequel to the same and now, the duo has started preparations for the same. However, before he gets busy with the shooting, the actor will be going for a performance tour along with his band, which will be a sort of preparation for his role of a rockstar in Rock On 2!
Farhan Akhtar will be extensively travelling in the coming New Year with his band and performing at Pune, Belgaum, Delhi, Kolkata, Ranchi, Goa, Allahabad, Hyderabad and Kota in India. They will also be touring internationally to Nepal, Dubai, Australia, Kuwait and in various cities in the U.S. There are various organizers and colleges who have been reaching out to his band and Farhan has allotted three months for these performances. He is extremely passionate about his band and really enjoys himself on stage and gets to learn while he travels and engages with new people, a lot of youth who attend these concerts. Spokesperson of Farhan Akhtar confirms "Yes. Farhan will extensively be travelling early next year for concerts and performances."
As soon as Farhan Akhtar is back he will start shooting for Rock On 2 in April. Next year, the actor director will also be seen in Zoya Akhtar's Dil Dhadakne Do</> along with Priyanka Chopra, Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma and in Wazir where he plays an ATS officer, that also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Aditi Rao Hydari.
