Salman Khan was charged of culpable homicide along with other sections under IPC and was sentenced to five year imprisonment on May 6. After two days, the actor's sentence was suspended and he was granted bail after which Salman resumed the shoot of his upcoming films. However, the actor is required to seek the permission of the court every time he has to travel outside the country. Hence, the actor's legal team has filed for an application asking the court to grant the permission for his travel to Dubai, later this month. From what we hear, a High court vacation bench has scheduled a hearing of the case, next week.

Right after his bail, Salman Khan visited Kashmir to wrap up the schedule of Kabir Khan's Bajrangi Bhaijaan along with co-stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui. However, this is not the only film slated to release this year. Soon after the Eid release, Salman's next Prem Ratan Dhan Payo starring Sonam Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Armaan Kohli will be releasing during Diwali.
