USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…When India's 'Missile Man' A.P.J. Abdul Kalam passed away on July 27, it was indeed a shocking day for every Indian. While many mourned his death, Bollywood celebrities too took to Twitter and expressed their grief. Anushka Sharma happened to be one of the many celebs who tweeted their grief on Twitter. She tweeted, "Very sad to hear about the passing of ABJ Kalam Azad. Loss of an inspiring visionary and a wonderful soul. May his soul RIP." As expected, the actress was trolled on twitter for addressing 'APJ Kalam' as 'ABJ Kalam Azad'.

However, at a recent press conference of a popular shampoo brand, when Anushka Sharma was asked about the recent troll, she was candid enough to accept her mistake stating, "It was an honest mistake. Everybody makes mistakes. Having said that my intentions or my feelings cannot be misconstrued. What I was saying is correct. The intentions can be understood. That's enough for me. Even if they don't understand, I know that, with what intention I was writing." She also added that, "I don't want to pay attention to cowards who hide behind computer screens with fake names. If you want to say things, then, come and say it on my face."

Interestingly, it was not just Anushka Sharma but even Farhan Akhtar who referred to the former Late President of India as Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Azad.
