USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Just yesterday we had reported that John Abraham had opted out of the film Aankhen 2. Now we hear that the makers of the film have roped in Katrina Kaif as well.
Commenting on the same Anees Bazmee says, "We have not made any announcement on the casting front, as far as the news reports are concerned let them say what they want to say. We will announce the cast once the scripting is done". However, a source close to the production states, "Katrina Kaif has not yet been signed for Aankhen 2, but talks with her are on for the same."
While the first instalment of the film Aankhen that released in 2002 featured Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Sushmita Sen, Arjun Rampal, Paresh Rawal and Bipasha Basu, the sequel will retain only Amitabh Bachchan with a new cast and will be directed by Anees Bazmee.
