The Bilz & Kashif celebrate being ‘Single’

Finally, a song for all the unattached sexy people out there who are enjoying summer, living it up and being flirtatious! The Bilz & Kashif’ new video, ‘Single’ from heir smash-hit packed album, Break Barriers premiers at desi-box.com/bilz on July 15th. The track celebrates being single and fabulous.

The three, very suave band mates, DJ Vicious, Master D (The Bilz) and Kashif say that the song was written out of personal experience:

“We've all been through break-ups or in relationships where we just want to call it quits. There’s nothing like enjoying the single life while it lasts and having that summer love to live for the moment.”

‘Single’ is a unique sound, not just for The Bilz & Kashif’s trademark language mash-up of English, Hindi and Punjabi, but for it’s body swaying, sweet melody that is a nostalgic homage to romance and music pre auto-tune. The group has found a way to use electro-pop to accentuate and elevate their track rather than rely on it to mask as talent.

Shot on the beaches of California, this video is as slick and sexy as the song’s lyrics. The video was shot by SKP Filmz who are based in LA, working with Interscope Records and who shot The Bilz & Kashif’s monster video ‘On The Dancefloor’ which has over 166,000 views on YouTube.

Their videos, always shot impeccably, raise the standard of video production in the South Asian music scene and have been praised by the likes of Master-P from No Limit Records. Why are their videos so important to the group:
