Nate Thompson shot dead in Toronto

On Friday, July 30, 2010, at 2:58 p.m., police responded to a call for a shooting in the Sheppard Avenue West/Jane Street area.
It is reported that:
- police located a man suffering from obvious trauma.
The victim was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries and later died.
The victim has been identified as Nate Thompson, 26.
The suspect is described as male, 20-30, black, 6’ and 240 lbs. He was last seen wearing a blue sweater and jacket with white stripes on the sleeves.
A post-mortem examination has been scheduled for Monday, August 2, 2010.
