On December 3, 2010, 29-year-old Jimmy Rhéal Lévesque of Eel River Crossing appeared in Campbellton Provincial Court where he was sentenced to 54 months in jail for robbery, and 4 months for breach of probation. He was also served with a lifetime firearms prohibition order.
This sentencing stems from an incident in the parking lot of a mall in Dalhousie, N.B. on May 7, 2010 where an elderly couple was robbed.
