The Hamilton Police Service Sexual Assault Unit has arrested and charged a Hamilton man with sexual Assault
On Wednesday July 31st 2013 at approximately 6:20p.m., HPS was contacted by a woman who alleged that a male had come into a business in the area of Upper Ottawa St. and Fennell Ave E and had inappropriately touched one of the employees.
The Hamilton Police Service Sexual Assault was called into assist with the investigation and an arrest was made. Roger David Neiley, 29 years of age of Hamilton was charged with Sexual Assault. He is expected to appear for a bail hearing scheduled today.
The Hamilton Police Service Sexual Assault Unit continues to investigate and is concerned they may be more victims.
