Italy’s Juventus & AC Fiorentina are coming to Toronto to play an historic international friendly soccer match!

AC FIORENTINA is a club that was founded by a merger in 1926 and is based in Florence. FIORENTINA have played at the top level of Italian football for the majority of their existence; only four clubs have played in more Serie A seasons. The club has also won an Italian Super Cup, six Coppa Italia, as well as two national championships. FIORENTINA is also the first Italian team to play in a European Cup final.

Turin-based JUVENTUS is a club that was founded in 1897 and is one of the most successful and recognized teams not only in Italy, but the entire world. According to the International Federation of Football History and Statistics, an organization recognized by FIFA, JUVENTUS were Italy’s best club of the 20th century and the second most successful European club in the same period. Overall, the club has won 51 official competitions, more than any other team in Italy; 40 in the national First Division, which is also a record, and 11 in UEFA and world competitions.
