This science fiction stoner comedy show centers on Brad Harris and Emilia Richeson, a pair of mad scientists with some stories to tell and songs to sing. Brad and Emilia are both professional actors who share their love of getting stoned on the couch while watching reruns of Quantum Leap and have an important scientific experiment to share with The 100th Monkey Effect.
