There’s a new late night eatery in the city, and it’s raising the stakes on the snack bar concept. The owner of much-loved Fishbar, William Tavares, has launched Ossington Stop, which offers a wide array of comfort food with gourmet twists that are served late into the night. The menu is both eclectic and affordable, and on Thursday, July 17th, you’ll be able to try it for free. All passersby and patrons from noon to 5pm will be treated to Ossington Stop’s Russian steamed bun with pork, cabbage, and carrot salad, their Southern-style chicken n’ waffles with honey garlic sauce, and their baked BBQ side ribs with “deep goodness” slaw.
