In the last ten days, we saw Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan promoting Akshay Kumar-starrer Toilet – Ek Prem Katha. It was expected that this promotional strategy will get over once the film releases, on August 11. However, the makers have proved that it’s not the case. The promotion goes on and it’s getting better!
A new video has come out today and it features Ranveer Singh celebrating the huge opening of Toilet – Ek Prem Katha with Akshay Kumar. It begins with Ranveer Singh running towards the washroom, probably to relieve himself. He finds the door locked and knocks loudly. Surprisingly, Akshay Kumar comes out from the loo which catches Ranveer Singh unawares. Akshay Kumar then announces that his film has got a great opening and to celebrate this joyous occasion, he breaks into a dance on the title song of his 1993 film Waqt Hamara Hai. Ranveer Singh obviously joins him too and the energy exuded by the two is seen to be believed!
A lot happens in the last few seconds of the video. The poop filter gets pasted on the faces of Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar. ‘RS & AK – Ek Prem Katha’ is mentioned on the screen, which is hilarious.
What also strikes out in the video is Ranveer Singh’s unusual hairstyle. Surely, this is a video that will vanish your Monday blues!
