120mm of rain fell in Sydney’s CBD Thursday morning which is recorded as the highest rainfall since 2007 by the Bureau of Metrology Observatory Hill Weather Station. The rain is creating complete havoc in the city with no railway system, several roads being completely closed, and power breakages in several areas.
