On Friday, May 24, 2019, members of the Toronto Police S Sex Crimes – Child Exploitation Section, executed a search warrant in the Bathurst Street and Wilson Avenue area.
At that time, Sergio Bahamonde, 25, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with nine Child Pornography related offences.
As a result of the continued investigation, on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, he was again arrested, he now faces additional charges which include:
1) Assault
2) Threatening Death
3) Three counts of Criminal Harassment
4) Extortion
5) Make Child Pornography
6) Distribute Child Pornography
7) Make Available Intimate Images Without Consent
8) Distribute Intimate Images Without Consent
9) Make Sexually Explicit Material Available to a Child
10) Luring a Child Under 18
11) Two counts of Fail to Comply with Recognizance
12) Twenty-Six counts of Voyeurism
It is alleged that Sergio Bahamonde has used the following online identities:

He was scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, July 25, 2019, at Toronto North Courts, at 10 a.m.
