The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance locating a missing woman.

Cassiopea Tapper, 24, was last seen on Friday, January 25, 2013, in the Queen Street East/Carlaw Avenue area.

She is described as black with a light complexion, 5’2″-5’3″, 110-120 lbs., shoulder-length blonde hair, and brown eyes. It is unknown what she was wearing at the time.

Police are concerned for her safety.
