Moncton teen dies in a fatal motorcycle crash in Ammon, N.B.

District 11 RCMP is investigating a fatal motorcycle collision that occurred around 6:00 p.m. on June 3, 2012, on McLaughlin Drive (Route 490) in Ammon, N.B.

The victim, a 16 -year-old male youth from Moncton was pronounced dead at the scene. It’s believed that the victim lost control of the motorcycle he was driving while passing another vehicle. The motorcycle then left the road.

An RCMP collision re-constructionist was on scene investigating the cause of the collision.

The investigation is ongoing.
