Priyanka Chopra is in India for a week to complete some of her pending work before she head backs to New York to kick start full fledged Baywatch promotions. From catching up with industry friends to celebrating the National Award wins for her debut Marathi production Ventilator, Priyanka Chopra is enjoying her time in Mumbai,
Now, Priyanka Chopra is gearing up for the release of her Hollywood debut movie Baywatch in the month of May. On Wednesday, Priyanka began promotions of Baywatch in Mumbai. Unfortunately, her Baywatch co-stars Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron won’t be coming to India to promote the film. But, Dwayne did sent a message for all Indian fans and apologized for not making it to India.
During the conversation, Priyanka Chopra revealed that she has signed three Bollywood films. It has been long time since Priyanka had done a Bollywood movie. Her last Hindi film was Prakash Jha’s Jai Gangaajal. Confirming about her next films, she said, “I am listening to a lot of scripts. Many filmmakers have approached me and met me in New York. I met some of them here. There are a lot of scripts that I liked. But once I know what my schedule is, then only I can figure out when I can do a film. I can tell you for sure that I have locked three. But, I can’t announce them till I know my dates. And I don’t know when will I do it. For now, I know that I have to go for Baywatch. I don’t know what I am doing after June. And I definitely missed Hindi films. I missed Bombay. This is my home. My people are here, my industry is here. I have had so much fun meeting everyone in the last couple of days. I am here for just five days and I am meeting people every single day. So it’s been a really wonderful homecoming.
All Priyanka Chopra fans can rejoice as she will be back with three films. For now, Priyanka Chopra is gearing for her big bad role in Baywatch which is releasing on May 25.
