Your beautiful looks depend upon your healthy hair. If you have dry or dull hair your overall appearance will be affected by it and when you will look good you will feel good. Chicken

Salmon

White meat especially fish is perfect for your hair. When it comes to foods that have a beauty punch, it’s hard to beat salmon. Fish makes you healthy and salmon fish is especially for hair. This oily fish is enriched with omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, vitamin B 12 and iron. Your body cannot make those fatty acids, which your body needs to grow hair. A deficiency of omega-3 fatty acids can leave you with dry scalp and dull, lifeless hair. A healthy scalp is the first step to healthy hair.  

Carrots

Carrot is rich in vitamin A which encourages the formation of sebum in the scalp. Sebum is important to keep the scalp and hair well moisturized and maintain healthy hair.

Beef

Beef is source of zinc due to which beef is helpful in improving the appearance of hair. Zinc is helpful in combating premature graying of hair. A deficiency of zinc is also the cause of hair loss. Do include beef in to your diet to get healthy hair.    

Green vegetables

We all know well the benefits of eating green leafy vegetables. They are full of health and nutrition. You will be surprised to know that green leafy vegetables are key to attain healthy hair. Spinach, broccoli, green beans and other vegetables help to produce sebum which is natural conditioner of your hair.

Banana

Lack of vitamin B6 in the diet has been attributed to hair thinning and hair losing. The vitamin B is responsible for helping the body in absorbing the essential nutrients that it receives from the food we eat. The vitamin B in bananas has an effect on the production of red blood cells and these cells nurture your hair follics. Bananas have all those nutrients that you required for shine and growth of your hair.

The most important thing is water that keeps your hair hydrated and prevent from drying. Drink plenty of water to have beautiful and healthy hair.
