On Monday, April 25th, 2011, shortly before 6:00 PM, London Police were detailed to 621 Kipps Lane in regards to a male on the grass who appeared to have fallen from one of the higher floors of the building.

Police located a male suffering life threatening injuries. He was subsequently transported to London Health Sciences Centre where he was pronounced deceased. Subsequent investigation led officers to an apartment on the tenth floor where they located a deceased female.

The deceased female party has been identified as 43-year-old Constance Fuhrman of London. Her death is being treated as a homicide.

The deceased male party has been identified as 47-year-old Kenneth Fuhrman of Thorndale. His death is being treated as a suicide. He is the estranged husband of Constance Fuhrman.

An autopsy was conducted on Constance Fuhrman. The exact cause of death is undetermined at present.

An autopsy is continuing on Kenneth Fuhrman.

Kenneth Fuhrman is the lone suspect in the murder of Constance Fuhrman.

The London Police Service Major Crime Section, in conjunction with the Regional Coroner’s office, is continuing with their investigation of this murder-suicide.
